RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The buyer has a period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal. Within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods ordered, the buyer can therefore request an exchange or refund of the item(s) purchased.

Beyond the 14-day period, COLLECTIVE IMPACT will be free to refuse the exchange, credit note or refund.

The exchange or refund procedure is as follows:

The buyer must inform COLLECTIVE IMPACT of his wish to withdraw within 14 days of receipt of his order, by email to the following address: hello@oslow.eco

COLLECTIVE IMPACT sends an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal by email as soon as it is informed.

The buyer completes the return form accompanying the product(s) purchased, specifying whether it is an exchange or a refund for each item.

The buyer returns the product(s) as well as the duly completed return form by registered post or tracked parcel within a maximum of 14 days after having informed COLLECTIVE IMPACT of their wish to withdraw.

EXCHANGE

The exchange is for the same item of a different size or color if the amount is the same and within the limits of stock availability. The exchange will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which COLLECTIVE IMPACT is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition, unworn and correctly folded.

The costs of returning the product(s) to be exchanged are the responsibility of the customer.

COLLECTIVE IMPACT will bear the cost of re-delivery.

REFUND

If the customer opts for a refund, COLLECTIVE IMPACT will reimburse the customer for the price of the product(s) within a maximum period of 14 days from the date on which COLLECTIVE IMPACT is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition, unworn and correctly folded. Reimbursement may be deferred until recovery of the products or proof of shipment of the products by the customer. The date chosen is that of the first of these events. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. In case of use of a virtual payment card, the refund will be made by check sent to the customer's home.

The costs of returning the product(s) to be exchanged are the responsibility of the customer.

Items offered for sale on www.oslow.eco can be delivered to the following destinations:

They will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer on the order form.

DELIVERY TERMS

For all products, the order is prepared for departure from the COLLECTIVE IMPACT warehouses within an average of 72 working hours (subject to stock availability) from the order confirmation by e-mail.

Orders are then delivered by Colissimo (La Poste). From the time of collection by the post, the customer is delivered to their home or to a relay point within the time limits specified above.

The order is delivered in letterbox or in person and against signature. In the event of absence or impossibility of delivery of the package, for delivery against signature, the postman leaves a delivery notice mentioning the date and the address of the post office where the customer can collect his package on presentation of a ID.

From the date mentioned on the notice of passage, the customer has 15 days to collect his package.

DELIVERY TIMES AND RATES

The delivery times announced on the site apply from the receipt by the customer of the order confirmation e-mail sent by COLLECTIVE IMPACT.

Deliveries in mainland France and within the European Union are invoiced with French VAT.

For shipments to mainland France, shipping costs are invoiced excluding VAT. Customs or import taxes are not included in the delivery costs indicated and are the responsibility of the customer.

The times announced on the site are purely indicative and depend on the destination and the availability of the product ordered. Exceeding this period cannot give rise to any order cancellation, to any reduction in the price paid by the buyer, and to any payment for damages. However, and in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, for lack of delivery at the end of a period of thirty days from the following day on which the customer placed his order, the customer will have the possibility of canceling his order free of charge. The sums he has paid will then be refunded to him.

In cases where it has the capacity, COLLECTIVE IMPACT reserves the right to offer it a product of quality and price equivalent to the initial product.

COLLECTIVE IMPACT cannot be held responsible for additional delays caused by the non-delivery of a bank authorization or an incomplete order form.

In the event of partial delivery, transport costs will only be invoiced on the first delivery.

The products are insured by COLLECTIVE IMPACT until delivery.
