When you purchase items from www.moncol.be, you are entitled to return your purchase during a period of 10 calendar days, calculated from the day following the day on which you received the product from Mon Col. A product which you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions: It must be in new condition. It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. It must be complete. It must be packaged in a sufficiently sturdy box (we recommend the original box), so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition Refund If your returned package reaches us within 10 calendar days, in accordance with the conditions above, we will arrange for a refund within 10 calendar days. We reserve the right to only make a refund when the goods have reached us. All returns are paid by Mon Col. You will receive a shipping label for your return by following the return instructions.

Shipments in Belgium and the Netherlands are free when you order for more than 100 EUR. When your order is under 100 EUR, we charge 6 EUR. If you prefer picking up your order at our headquarters in Antwerp, please use the code NOSHIPPING when placing the order and send an e-mail to eva@moncol.be. Shipments to the rest of the E.U. and Monaco are 10 EUR. We send your order within 2 working days with Bpost or UPS. For orders outside the E.U. we recommend our international partner Wolf & Badger.
