Note before closing your account:You will no longer have access to your history order, print invoice or proof of purchase, lists and any of your digital content.
To offer a secured transaction, all payments are made via PayPal and service payment gateways.
If you’ve realised that you’ve made a mistake on your order or have decided to cancel it, contact the seller as soon as possible before it is already shipped.
Then, you can repurchase the item and make the amendments needed.
Follow those steps:
- Go to purchase history and find the order you want to cancel.
- From the more actions dropdown, choose contact seller.
- Choose a request to cancel this order, and then contact the seller.
- Explain to the seller why you need to cancel and select send.
The shipping rates vary from seller to seller. Go to the shipping section of every Impakter listing to find out their rates.
To learn more about the seller's shipping options – including any express shipping services or combined shipping discounts – and whether tracking is available, select see details next to where the shipping cost is shown at the top of the listing. Alternatively, select the Shipping and payments tab.
Simple, click on the product of your choice and add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can be changed. Select 'checkout' to proceed to payment.
No, IMPAKTER is responsible for complying with all import and export obligations and for payment of all applicable duties and customs fees.
No additional charges or fees should be expected. If you encounter an issue, contact us immediately.
The shipping delivery date might differ from an item to another and from sellers.
You can check the estimated delivery of each item on your account. Go to purchase history.
If you still haven’t received all your items past the estimated delivery, contact us.
If your parcel has been reported missing, contact your seller immediately. They will answer and find a solution within 3 business days. If after this time, you have still no news from them or the issue isn’t resolved, contact us.
The estimated delivery date is on any Impakter listing. The estimate will usually cover a range of days and can get more accurate after you confirm your delivery address during checkout.
After completing your purchase, you'll find an updated estimate in your purchase history along with any tracking information if it’s been uploaded by your seller.
Once your order has been processed by the seller, they will upload tracking information. You will be able to follow your package all the way to your shipping address.
If you ordered a wrong item or changed your mind, contact the seller to know more about their refund and return policy. Each seller has their own return policy, you may have to pay the return shipping cost or the item might not be refundable or exchangeable.
If the item you received is damaged, faulty or doesn’t fit the description, then, the seller is responsible for the cost of return shipping, to send you another or to refund you. Contact the seller to proceed.
